IN-HOUSE ART DEPARTMENT
Pacific Packaging is proud of our award-winning onsite printing and art department, where custom creations are brought to life in full, vivid color. Our rotogravure printing offers photographic quality, clean lines, and lifelike colors; there’s no limit to what can be printed.

Of course, the highest print quality begins with properly constructed and prepared art files. Our art department will work with you to ensure that the art you provide, or that we create for you, is best suited for rotogravure reproduction.

ACCURATE PROOFING PROCEDURES
Although you are always welcome to visit our plants in China, press checks are not always practical. We employ a series of design reviews, proofs including high-resolution ink-jet prints for layout and color separation to color keys, Dupont™ Waterproofs, and Matchprints™ for color matching on press, to ensure that your packaging turns out the way you envision. If you require, we will provide an actual printed sample on your substrate for your approval prior to the production run. This requires a complete press set-up, but we are happy to provide this service at no charge to ensure your flexible packaging material looks exactly as you designed it.

IN-PERSON JOB INSPECTION
Pacific Packaging has a full-time employee in China who will be present at the initial print run of every new job. He is thoroughly trained in rotogravure printing as well as pouch, bag, and sleeve finishing procedures. We will provide to you, with every order, a completed and signed Certificate of Compliance that covers 60 critical inspections of your job, from receipt of raw materials to packing for shipment.

IN-HOUSE LABORATORY
We can test materials for compliance with manufacturing specifications, COF, seal integrity, aging, etc. to identify and correct problems before they reach your plant, or just to identify the components used.

INDUSTRY KNOW-HOW
We’re not simply brokers who can make calls to find cheap alternatives. We keep a large stock of packaging options on hand in our own warehouses to expedite your packaging needs, while our overseas partnerships help provide cost-effective solutions.
